DOSAGE: 1-2 TSP per 2 CUPS

120 grams per package makes 30 - 60 cups depending on preferred dosage

DIRECTIONS: Place preferred dose in a coffee cup, add hot water, stir and enjoy!! (adding the Cacao first really does make a difference) Also consider adding your favorite creamer, honey, mct oil or even add to your coffee

14 Mushrooms include: Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Mesima, Lions Mane, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake, Blazei, Poria, Agarikon, Suehirotake, Oyster Mushroom and True Tinder Polypore.

We personally grow every mushroom in this blend and make all the products in house. 

Each mushroom in the blend typically contributes its unique array of beneficial compounds, such as polysaccharides, triterpenoids, antioxidants, and other bioactive molecules.
